Who YOU Are.

Role:

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our fun, playful and fast-growing team. This role will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet the required quality standards. This position reports to our Product Manager.

What You’ll Be Responsible For:

• Planning and executing according to defined scope, timeline, and budget
• Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets and track progress against them
• Identify project risks and develop mitigation plans
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project requirements are understood and met
• Facilitate communication and collaboration between team members and stakeholders
• Monitor and report on project status, including budget, schedule, and quality 
• Ensure project documentation is complete and accurate

What You Are Great At:

• 3-5 years of experience in project management or related field
• Proven experience in successfully managing projects from start to finish
• Strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to motivate and lead cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Understanding of project management methodologies and tools 
• Experience working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

• Self-starter with a passion for project management and a track record of delivering successful projects on time and within budget 
• Leadership skills to motivate and lead cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives
• Excellent communication skills and be able to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels
• Great problem-solving and decision making skills and be able to anticipate potential issues and develop solutions to overcome them
• Detail-oriented and able to manage complex project documentation effectively
• Adaptability to be able to quickly align to changing project requirements and priorities and thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously 
• Knowledgeable in project management methodologies and tools with the ability to apply best practices to ensure successful project delivery
