Who YOU Are.

Role:

We are seeking an experienced Inventory Coordinator (NetSuite) to join our fun, playful and fast-growing team! This role reports to our Netsuite Administrator.

What You’ll Be Responsible For:

• Meeting supply chain objectives
• Managing inventory and filing systems
• Performing complete inventory checks for all stock
• Assessing and improving flows of supplies through company.
• Ensuring all documentation related to inventory flows are completed, accurate and filed correctly.
• Identifying, analyzing, and addressing gaps in inventory processes.
• Document counts of all materials produced company wide.
• Walk the production, warehouse, and distribution floor to do manual counts of all materials.
• Identify discrepancies and document them properly
• Report discrepancies and find ways to prevent them in the future

What You Are Great At:

• High school diploma or equivalent (required)
• 2+ years of inventory focused experience
• Ability to travel: conduct on-site audits, understanding variances and able to provide comprehensive reporting
• Proficient with Excel: pivot tables, filters, sorting
• Inventory control and data entry

What Makes You The Ideal Fit:

• 2 years of NetSuite experience with fulfillments as well as inventory movements
• Worked with NetSuite financials; understand impacts to GL
• Practical experience conducting inventory counts via ERP
• Experience with E-commerce sales process
• Comfortable with cloud-based platforms; able to navigate fields/forms utilizing keyboard shortcuts
