Who YOU are:

Role

We are seeking an experienced Graphic Designer to join our fun, playful and fast-growing team. This position will report to our Chief Marketing Officer.

What You’ll Be Responsible For:

• Develop and execute visual concepts for marketing campaigns that align with the brand's identity and target audience.
• Create visually appealing product packaging, including labels, boxes, and bags, that stand out on shelves and attract customers.
• Design and produce marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, and catalogs that showcase the brand's products and services.
• Produce high-quality digital and print ads that effectively communicate the brand's message and generate sales.
• Design and maintain the brand's website, ensuring it is user-friendly, visually appealing, and up-to-date.
• Develop and produce social media content that resonates with the target audience and promotes brand awareness and engagement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and produce in-store displays and signage that promote the brand's products and services.
• Create and maintain style guides that ensure consistency across all brand communications and materials.
• Produce visual assets for email marketing campaigns, including newsletters, promotions, and announcements.
• Design and produce packaging materials for direct-to-consumer shipments, ensuring they are secure, on-brand, and visually appealing.
• Collaborate with product teams to design product labels and packaging that comply with regulatory requirements and effectively communicate product information.
• Manage and maintain the brand's digital asset library, ensuring all assets are up-to-date, organized, and accessible.
• Attend trade shows and events to create marketing materials and visuals that support the brand's presence and generate leads.
• Continuously research and stay up-to-date on the latest design trends, techniques, and technologies.
• Collaborate with marketing managers to develop and execute seasonal and promotional campaigns.
• Review and approve proofs from vendors to ensure accuracy and quality of production materials.
• Manage relationships with external vendors, including printers, photographers, and illustrators.
• Participate in brainstorming and ideation sessions to generate new marketing concepts and ideas.
• Conduct usability testing on website and digital marketing materials to ensure a positive user experience.
• Continuously seek feedback from customers, colleagues, and stakeholders to improve the effectiveness and impact of marketing materials and communications.

What You Are Great At:

You have a strong work ethic and are able to work quickly and efficiently with close attention to detail, and demonstrate an ability to create original, compelling designs across a variety of media
