Who YOU are:

Role

We are seeking an experienced Returned Material Processor to join our fun, playful and fast-growing team! This role reports to our Chief Operating Officer.

What You’ll Be Responsible For:

• Receiving product returns (RMA’s) and update their status in NetSuite following the Receiving procedure.
• Process and Close returns based on disposition codes and make the determination if this product should be:

1. Returned to Braker stock for internal, giveaway, or marketing purposes.
2. Thrown away
3. Set aside for Engineering.

• Returns should be received, processed, and closed daily, same business day it was received (except for weekends)
• Oversight to ensure customer refunds (Credit Memos) are created when dependent on Return.
• Communicate with the Customer Experience Team on special situations encountered such as: incomplete returns, returns not matching NetSuite, etc.
• Prepare shipments and ship non-inventory items to customers (barrels, hoppers, etc.) as requested by the Customer Experience Team
