Who YOU are:


We are seeking an experienced Retail Partnership Associate to join our fun, playful and fast-growing team! This role reports to our Head of Brand Partnerships.

What You’ll Be Responsible For:

  • Develop, maintain and communicate strategic event plans for key retailers to maximize revenue from the retail channel
  • Manage relationships with existing retailers to maintain and grow Gel Blaster retail footprint
  • Identify and educate new retailers to new Gel Blaster products
  • Partner with Supply/Demand teams on new product launches and weekly forecasting to cross reference event sales lift
  • Work with Product Marketing to use data and insights to make sound business decisions
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to develop and execute retail marketing campaigns
  • Identify creative/innovative opportunities to drive discovery for Gel Blaster products at Retail
  • Manage retail marketing budget to ensure events campaigns are not exceeding budget allocated

What You Are Great At:

  • 3+ years of business to business sales, account management or retail marketing experience (Technology or CPG account executive experience a bonus)
  • A proven track record of exceeding targets and goals
  • A willingness to roll-up-sleeves and get things done
  • A self-starter attitude and excellent organization and time management skills
  • Successfully launched products at new and existing retailers
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to consistently keep colleagues, team members and other key stakeholders aligned
  • Ability to travel (~15%)
  • World-class people, sales, and relationship-building skills
  • The judgment to operate autonomously while collaborating closely with others

What Makes You The Ideal Fit:

Retail partnerships are an important channel for Gel Blaster for acquiring new sellers and fulfilling our sellers ongoing product needs for their businesses. TheRetail Partnership Associate will be responsible for maintaining all retail relationships for Gel Blaster’s key accounts.This role is responsible for developing, managing and executing a business development pipeline for all retailer partners. 

Must be authorized to work in US without sponsorship.
