Returns & Refunds

By placing an order through Gel Blaster you are agreeing to the terms below. We set these policies to ensure that you are fully aware of our refund and return methods and procedures. These policies are applicable to domestic (USA) country.

A. 90 DAY RETURN POLICY

We have a 90-day return policy, which means you have 90 days after receiving your order to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

B. RETURN PROCESS

To start a return, you can contact us at support@gelblaster.com or call 1-844-GELLETS. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return, will not be accepted or refunded.

C. DAMAGED AND WRONG PRODUCTS OR ISSUES

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

D. EXCHANGES

We only exchange products that are damaged, the incorrect product, or defective. If you need to exchange an item, please contact us at support@gelblaster.com or call 1-844-GELLETS.

 

E. REFUNDS

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, letting you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please allow up to 5-7 business days for the refund to be processed.
