Role: International Sales Coordinator
We are seeking an experienced International Sales Coordinator Assistant to join our fun, playful and fast-growing team. This role reports to the Senior Director of International Sales and Business Development.
What YOU’LL Be Responsible For:
The International Sales Coordinator will be responsible for supporting the sales team in executing international sales strategies, managing customer relationships, coordinating shipments and logistics, and ensuring timely delivery of products to international customers. The coordinator will work closely with the sales team, customers, and other internal departments to ensure a smooth and successful sales process.
Enter Sales Orders & Request Buyer Samples with speed and accuracy
Complete Product Set-ups & New Vendor Sheets as needed
Attend sales meetings & pitch calls with ability to speak accurately to the business and the product
Work cross-departmentally to provide the international sales team with resources and deliverables
Research stores for market expansion and brand compatibility to maximize opportunity
Communication skills are vital to this role! You will be working with a variety of departments on evolving projects with both short and long term execution dates.
Familiarity with international markets a must
Ad hoc administrative assistance to the Sales Coordinator
What You Are Great At:
The International Sales Coordinator will play a key role in supporting the sales team and ensuring the success of international sales. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
What Makes You The Ideal Fit:
Bachelor's degree in Business, International Business, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in international sales coordination, logistics, or related field.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively. ability to proof-read documents for technical accuracy
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software.
Fluency in a foreign language is a plus.
This role may require travel & working outside of normal business hours
Must be authorized to work in US without sponsorship.
