Who YOU are:

Role

We are seeking an experienced Director of Finance, Planning and Analysis to join our fun, playful and fast-growing team! This position will report to our Chief Financial Officer.

What You’ll Be Responsible For:

• Drive the financial planning of the company by analyzing its performance and risks
• Retain constant awareness of the company’s financial position and act to prevent problems
• Develop budgets that meet the requirements of company departments.
• Prepare timely and detailed reports on financial performance on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis
• Conduct analysis to make forecasts and report to upper executives

What You Are Great At:

• A minimum of 5 years experience in financial management
• In-depth knowledge of financial planning & accounting software, corporate principles, and financial analysis
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• An analytical mind with good organizational skills
• Outstanding leadership skills
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or relevant field

What Makes You The Ideal Fit:

• Prior experience with Netsuite and Anaplan
• Prior experience working for an early-stage HIGH-growth company
• Desire to roll up your sleeves and “do it all”
