Who YOU are:

Role

We are seeking an experienced Associate Product Manager (Enterprise) to join our fun, playful and fast-growing team! This role will report to our Product Manager and will work closely with our Enterprise team.

What You’ll Be Responsible For:

● Defining and prioritizing product features based on customer needs, market trends and stakeholder vision

● Leading product development activities both hardware and software components, including design, prototyping, testing, and launch

● Monitoring product performance and customer feedback to identify opportunities for improvement

● Working with marketing and sales teams to develop product positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies

● Staying up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in product development methodologies

What You Are Great At:

● Leading cross-functional teams to deliver successful products

● Communicating effectively with stakeholders at all levels

● Using data and analytics to make informed decisions about product development and delivery

● Identifying opportunities for improvement and developing solutions to address them

● Managing complex product documentation effectively

● Adapting to changing product requirements and priorities

● Applying best practices to ensure successful product delivery

What Makes You The Ideal Fit:

● Certified Scrum Master

● 5+ years of experience in product management, including experience with both analog and digital products

● Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills

● Proven experience in successfully launching and scaling products and product lines

● Understanding of product development methodologies, including Agile and Scrum

● Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

● Detail-oriented with a focus on ensuring complete and accurate product documentation

● Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment and manage multiple products simultaneously
