Definitely new products with better build quality, shoots better, longer battery with FastCharge and even just feels better. Give the new products a chance, I promise. Ive spoken to support and they want to resolve the past and provide a better product for the future.

Works very well, worth the money spent

Everything came like it was supposed to. Shoots alot better than their older models.

The blaster is not only great looking in the version 2, but it is incredibly reliable as well! I love the integrated starfire avtivator! The Gel Blaster brand gellets are also very high quality. This will be the number one blaster i reccomend to friends and family!

I’ve been a fan of the original surge gel blaster for a few years. But now I’m the happy owner of two of the new Surge 2 gel blasters. What a machine this thing is! I’m never going back to the original. I’ll be donating the original ones.

I plan to buy more Surge 2 for gifts. This one is far superior than the original.
